Technical documentation for the Events and Employee evaluation app

About this document

The purpose of this document is the definition of project “Development of the Events and Vozni park«. Employee evaluation part of the application will be added later.

The document describes and clarifies functionality that needs to be delivered in the new application.

This documentation is accompanied by design mock-ups created in Figma. The mock-ups serve solely as a visual aid for understanding the application flow and interface layout. The final appearance and behaviour of the application in production may differ from the mock-ups shown, depending on technical decisions made during the development phase.

Application management interface allows the users of the application to do most of their tasks. Core areas of the application management interface are:

• Authentication/authorization (known as “login”)

• User management

• Event management

• Document management

• Invitee management

• Signing the documents at the spot

• Reservations and form signing for Vozni park

• Employee evaluation
